At Marudhar Jewellers, we take pride in our craftsmanship and quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange under the terms below.

Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 12 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Custom, engraved, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable.

Process

  1. Email Ashrath@marudharjewellers.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, send the product securely to our return address.
  3. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after product verification. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, they fall under this policy.
